New Display Item~Our delivery service uses Royal Mail First Class Post and will normally be despatched by us within 2 working days of the order being received; therefore we would expect your package to be delivered within three to five working days of ordering.
Once your order has been despatched we will notify you by email.
In the unlikely event that we are temporarily out of stock of the item ordered we will contact you to advise a revised despatch date or offer you a refund.
A standard delivery charge of £2.50 is applied to all orders of £15 and over with UK delivery addresses. Orders less than £15 will be delivered free of charge within the UK.
Larger items e.g. child carriers will be sent using Royal Mail standard parcels service, which takes approximately three to five working days.
Please note. Goods included in our sale are individually charged at £2.50 postage and packing for each item.
If you have special delivery requirements e.g. next day delivery, delivery outside the UK etc please phone us before ordering on 0845 603 4523 and we will endeavour to assist you.
If your parcel has been despatched via Royal Mail First Class and failed to arrive, we ask that you check with your local Post Office if it has been left there for you, or maybe with a neighbour.
