How to order
Payment
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via Protx secure online payment service.Cards accepted are MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Maestro/ Solo / Switch.
In addition we accept cheques made payable to "juniorpursuits.com."
Goods will be despatched once funds that have been paid to juniorpursuits.com have cleared in full; typically this is 3-5 working days for cheques.
Please note for security we do not accept card payments over the phone.
Delivery Details.
Our delivery service uses Royal Mail First Class Post and will normally be despatched by us within 2 working days of the order being received; therefore we would expect your package to be delivered within three to five working days of ordering. Once your order has been despatched we will notify you by email.
In the unlikely event that we are temporarily out of stock of the item ordered we will contact you to advise a revised despatch date or offer you a refund.
A standard delivery charge of £2.50 is applied to all orders of £15 and over with UK delivery addresses. Orders less than £15 will be delivered free of charge within the UK.
Larger items e.g. child carriers will be sent using Royal Mail standard parcels service, which takes approximately three to five working days.If you have special delivery requirements e.g. next day delivery, delivery outside the UK etc please phone us before ordering on 0845 603 4523 and we will endeavour to assist you.
If your parcel has been despatched via Royal Mail First Class and failed to arrive, we ask that you check with your local Post Office if it has been left there for you, or maybe with a neighbour. Royal Mail does not consider post to be lost until 15 working days have passed since the date of posting. In this unlikely situation, please contact us.
Guarantee.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery for any unused items that you purchase from us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please return it to us with all its original packaging and labels and in a saleable condition within 14 days. Please state the reason for returning, whether you require an exchange or refund in full, and enclose the original delivery note. If you have any queries regarding returns, please contact us by phone or email.
We can only make refunds on items we have received, therefore we recommend when returning goods, that as a minimum you obtain a certificate of posting which is free of charge. Return postage costs will not be refunded. If you are exchanging goods, our free delivery service will still apply on the replacement item.

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, juniorpursuits.com reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
